  • Core Materials: Eucalyptus / Hardwood / Poplar Mixed Core

  • Layering: Cross-laminated for structural integrity and resistance to warping

  • Density: 600 – 750 kg/m³ depending on composition

Face & Back Veneer

  • Surface Finish:

    • Smooth (calibrated)

    • Wire mesh (anti-slip) available for platform/flooring use

  • Edge Sealing: Waterproof edge paint upon request (recommended for formwork)

Glue & Bonding

    • WBP Melamine (Water & Boil Proof)

    • Phenolic Resin (for superior water resistance and multiple reuse cycles)

  • Bonding Method: High-pressure hot press for strong adhesion and long-term durability
